Every year, the High Springs Chamber of Commerce recognizes one individual who has made a major contribution to the City of High Springs. This individual does not have to be a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

If you would like to nominate someone as the Citizen of the Year, please print out the following application form and delivery or mail to the High Springs Chamber of Commerce office. A nomination committee will be formed in June to review all applications, and the winner will be announced at our Annual Banquet in July.
