First, on Thursday, it's our final Buy Local Block Party of the season from 2pm to 6pm. Several of our vendors will have food samples (and recipes) available and we'll have Ted Wright back to sing for us. We still have lots of great produce available....and the plants and flowers are still looking great! (With all this great rain, it's not too late to plant!) Plus, we've still got lots of baked goods, honey, granola, and organics as well as healthy products for the your body and your home! We would like to welcome our newest vendor -- the High Springs Community Information Booth which is being organized by several local nonprofit organizations.... High Springs Community Development Corp. and its Main Street program, High Springs Chamber of Commerce, High Springs Community Theatre, High Springs Rotary, Santa Fe Kiwanis, High Springs Lions Club and AARP have joined together to bring this new addition to the High Springs Farmers Market! Just look for the YELLOW TENT! This collaborative hopes to have a presence at the market each and every Thursday, bringing all the news and information about our great town to you each week! Then, on Friday, it's another Fantastic Friday produced by the High Springs Main Street program. Carriage rides, live music throughout downtown and much more make this event a must! Activities run from 6pm to 10pm. Finally, on Saturday, our Seasonal Saturday Farmers Market kicks off its final month of the season with NEW HOURS of 9am to 1pm. If you're out early (while it's cool) stop by the market to pick up your weekend supplies!
